We only use olives grown on the family lands located in the heart of Partanna.
The agriculture used is biodynamic and organic.
We do not use chemical fertilizers or even systemic pesticides.
The olives are pressed cold and immediately after harvesting.
The olive trees (our beloved trees) do not undergo any treatment other than a good pruning.
The great benefits, however difficult and slow to achieve, are enhanced and obtained from a rigorous hand harvest.
The yields are lower but the quality is much higher thanks above all to the cold nature which, precisely, guarantees an impeccable transformation.
Beneficial properties of our extra virgin olive oil:
- Vitamins: A, D, E, K
- Antioxidants: Polyphenols and Oleic Acid
- Phytosterols (against blood cholesterol)
- Minerals: Sodium, Calcium, Potassium, Zinc and Iron
